We have 3 pianos among which Roger has tuned, repaired and/or regulated. In the almost 40 years I have been responsible for my own pianos, Roger has far and away provided the most professional, knowledgeable, hardworking and satisfying service. He knows his stuff, does excellent work at a fair price and follows up when and where needed. Little things matter. For example, he's the first tuner/technician I've worked with who puts booties on his shoes to preserve carpeting, wears a tie and name tag and has a clear estimate and invoice sheet. I'm very happy to have "found" him, my church now uses him and I highly recommend him.

Mr. Domeny provided excellent quality service for a reasonable price. He was not at all intimidated by the work involved in getting a 1911 Kranich & Bach I recently purchased at an estate sale cleaned and in tune. He was on time, thoroughly professional and took the time to answer all my questions and provide guidance on continued care for the piano.

Roger has been tuning my piano for several years. He has also been able to adjust the piano so that it has a richer, fuller sound. His service has always been very professional. He always sends me reminders about my upcoming service, and is very prompt, arriving exactly on time. I always get a detailed invoice, so I know exactly what work he has done on my piano. Roger takes the time to answer all my questions, and has always been able to fix any problem when it occurs. I feel he provides great service at a reasonable price.
