So happy with the guys at American locks and key. I called them on a whim for my travel trailer. We had traveled from out of town and forgot the keys at home and were locked out of it. They came 40 minutes after my initial phone call to my folks house and were able to open up my RV and make me a spare key on the spot! Friendly and knowledgeable! Excellent service from Joe and his team. I recently bought a property for my mom to live in and needed it re-keyed: six doors, twelve locks. I called American Locks and Keys on a Friday and we scheduled their visit for 11am Monday. I got a quote on the phone for the cost of the 12 locks and 3 keys which I felt was very reasonable. They arrived a little early, ready to go, and Joe completed the work in about an hour, maybe a little less. He was very professional the entire time, maintaining social distancing and staying masked while interacting with me which I very much appreciated. In the end the price was a bit less than my original quote and I am very happy with the work, I will definitely use them again if I need a locksmith in Moreno Valley. Communicative, timely, and professional.
