        Expect long waits for appointments with primary care physicians. (Maggie at the front desk is the only reason I gave 1 star. She's amazing they don't deserve her!) Desert Urgent Care is a disfunctional joke! Both times I saw Kevin Kennedy PA-C he was rude and made extreme rude comments about my symptoms before coming in to patient room to see me! I am filling a formal complaint with IEHP and California Medical Board! Stay CLEAR of this urgent care!!! That is NO WAY to treat any patient!!!

        Longest wait times on hold then any other place in the valley I finally got too caller #1 and was put on hold again and left there for 51 mins feeling forgotten about I left the call on hold and called from my wife's and got to the same person (Carmen) with the worst attitude after letting them know they forgot about me and left me on hold for so long CHANGING DOCTORS IMMEDIATELY
