We had a handle on our sliding glass door pop off, Erick Duverge came right out and got it fixed within 15 minutes. Wonderful service and we're thrilled with all of our windows and installations.

Such great potential, but the company warranty that they brag about, totally worthless, making the windows totally worthless. They come up with very excuse in the world to not come out and warranty the product. I have two windows in the house, one upstairs and one down, that get condensation in the middle, they say its not real, Im mistaking, if it were really leaking the color would change. Thats Bullfreed; last I checked air between panes of glass were still clear. Pay the extra for Anderson, who actually dont argue on the phone with you about your warranty and instead come out and check.

William Batt was our serviceman and he did a quick and very efficient job replacing window springs. On time and in and out within 10minuteshe even showed me how to replace them myself for future reference.

William Bratt was right on time. Was fast, efficient, very polite and personable.
Only reason I didn't give this company 5 stars is, I wasn't "asked" if this appointment time / day was convenient for me. I was INFORMED by this young girl, it was this time or I'd be waiting for she couldn't say how long to have my failed window replaced. This customer service approach was in no way even polite let alone making me feel like she wanted or even cared to rectify the problem even though I was her company's error. I had already waited over 2 1/2 months to have this defective window manufactured because they were behind on making their other orders. I explained to the "girl" I worked late and a 8am appointment ment I was not going to be able to get suffent sleep, her attitude was like this is the only time her guy would be in my area, did I want him to come or not.
All of this has nothing to do with Mr Bratts professionalism. I just thought someone should know how customers are being treated by the office staff.
We spent A LOT of money on these window and I don't appreciate being treated like I'm an inconvenience.

We found Pudge Sandoval to be professional, informative, patient and kind. Our windows were installed 13+ years ago. It would've been nice if the original installers had instructed us on the care of our windows. Pudge instructed us on the care of our windows. He replaced the seals and showed us how to improve the resistance of opening our windows. Thanks Pudge.
