They were running an hour and a half behind. No acknowledging the wait time. I get there can be things going on with patients that put Doctor behind, but no acknowledgement to those waiting is rude. Once the doctor came in, she barely let me speak. She interrupted me when I did try to talk. I got less than 5 minutes with Dr Miramontes after waiting for an hour and a half beyond my scheduled appointment. I left without feeling like I was heard. I understand appointment times arent long, but I was prepared with specific questions to be efficient. I also want to feel like Im having a conversation with my doctor. Extremely disappointed today.

Submitted a record request and found they had falsified information in my file. This is affecting my ability to get treatment at my current doctor's office. This was highly illegal. Do better.

THEY PUMPED MY DAUGHTER WITH THE WRONG SHOT! We are a family that does not seek out the newest potion to put in our bodies AND OUR DOCTOR KNOWS THIS. My 11 year old daughter needed to get her shots for 7th grade. We came in with the papers specifically speaking out on our displeasure but obedience to this process. After the Dr. continued trying to sell me on the non required vaccines, I specifically stated we are only here to complete the requirements for 7th grade. So the nurse assistant came in with two shots. Come to find out when we turned the paper into the school we learned that yes two shots were given but only one of the required shots and the second what NOT ATHORIDED to inject into my daughter. Good luck with your coin flip on getting the correct medications administered. And because big Pharm is protected, what recourse does my 11 year old have?
