I'm only doing a 1 Star because zero isn't an option!! Im trying to think if I should first respond to my experience as a patient or his overall demeanor as a doctor. I'll start with my experience besides the fact that he moves around like a mad man I was worried the machines were going to get smacked into my face, when I had my eyes checked he asked who made my last pair of glasses(they kept giving me headaches)they were completely wrong, my response "umm you did" .. I've heard him telling patients they are wrong when they were trying on their contacts and telling him they were to blurry his response try it for a week (umm a week with not being able to see) the only reason I went to him was because I do not have eye coverage anymore and it was the cheapest option.. his office smelled and his assistant Tiffany was rude and to be quite honest not experienced at all. Oh did I mention he was 15 min late to my appointment... oh and a side note the people leaving good responses must be family members seriously not kidding

Dr.Silvas is great and Tiffany was great as well. Both helped me greatly on getting new contacts for the first time and super helpful

Dr. Sivas is incredibly kind and funny. He was extremely helpful during my eye exam and was very patient with me. He explained why I needed the prescription and proved to me that it was helpful. I would 100% recommend Dr. Sivas! I can see now!! His office is clean and modern and his staff friendly and helpful! Its clear he loves his job and is passionate about optometry.

I received the worst customer service from the providers staff. I located the provider from my insurance website where he registered himself as an in network provider however after my young adult daughters visit that I sent her to the provider staff refused to accept her insurance coverage although he is an  in net work provider and made my daughter pay the full cost of the visit and left this young person with the task of asking the insurance company to reimburse her for the visit that he was contracted to provide. I am the policy holder. After several calls to the office I have yet to have the issue resolved the staff is very rude and incompetent when it comes to billing and just have no real customer service skills. I would never recommend this provider to any one and that's sad because I work in health care and have the ability to recommend others to either see the provider or not as my advice is valuable and given on a daily basis as I search and assign what I feel is exceptional providers and because of the staff here I will again never recommend that another person go's to him or to Target for there eye care needs
