She's a person that genuinely cares and has been doing this for a long time, she is honest and doesn't try to up sale you, she's asks you a few questions to see what you're interested in and lays down all the options she has available, and in my case she even ordered me the pair of glasses that I wanted in my size! Amazing customer service.

I have been going to Sandy for the last two years but I decided to write a review because she never cease to amaze me. I walked in the other day because of a change in my optical with my optometrist and when I walked in and showed it to Sandy and told her I needed to get new lenses she said that my prescription changed very little and why waste the money at this time wait till it changes more significantly. I have seldom ever met owners that are that honest to their customers so for that reason I am writing this review because shes an outstanding owner. I truly believe Sandy loves what she does and treat her customers with the amount of care that she has for her work and care.
