I have multiple pieces from Samuel's and have had the worst experience. I had warranties on all of my jewelry and faithfully took it in every 6 months to be checked and cleaned and it was due in December I saw there was something happening with the store and asked the manager if I needed to send my jewelry in to corporate or take it to another store for my warranties and was told not to worry to bring it in and they would take care of it. I went in a week and a half later and was told my lifetime warranties were no longer valid! I explained I had just been in and he had told me different he basically called me a liar! I asked how they can just do that and I was told they can do what ever they want. I had been a customer for 13yrs and that's how I am treated. And to think that week and a half before I almost spent $5000 on a new ring I am so glad I decided to wait.
