It took about a week for them to call back, then they couldn't come to check for me than 2 weeks.

Unfortunately Michael wasn't interested in our project. After meeting twice and ready to sign and clarify contracts, he just up and disappeared for several weeks. He reached out, eventually, but was very short and stated he couldn't start my project for at least 4-6 months. By then I was already moving forward with my project. If customer service isn't key at the beginning of the job, then you can only assume a downhill ride from there.

We are extremely happy of the outcome of our pool and the whole experience! We knew getting into this project was going to be challenging especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. Our project manager/owner Rick was hands on with each phase of the process. All of our questions and concerns were answered right away. Our pool looks amazing both day and night.

Rick and his crew did a great job on designing a remodeling of our pool then carrying it through. We wanted to remodel it to turn a part of the pool into a jacuzzi / spa. Michael and Rick came up with a beautiful way to do it (see before and after pics). It was a big job with a lot to do, and we are very happy with the result. We live in Claremont and they have an office in Claremont so it was always easy to check in with them if we had any questions. The one issue we had was a result of the times rather than a problem with Rick and his crew: work started in late 2020 - the worst of COVID times. It meant that a lot of people were having work done on their pools and the crew was sometimes stretched. Early 2021 was also when there was a big freeze in Texas which meant that it took a LONG time for some of the parts to arrive here. With all the work going on and the backlog because of the Texas freeze, it sometimes took a long time to hear back about what was going to happen next and when. BUT, the end result is great. We love our new pool. Thanks Rick, Leo, Michael and the crew.
