Ever After Dental

Dr. Torres, Dr. Cherish, and the whole team are amazing. The whole team here is welcoming and friendly. I got a gingivectomy done here and I was surprised it was not painful. I also didn't need a shot which was very nice. This office has all the latest technologies to service their patients. There were kids who also got their treatment done while wearing their costumes. I have never seen kids enter a dental office without fear. I definitely trust this office and will come back.

Dr. Cherish provided the best pediatric dentistry experience for our kids! I have 3 young children and 1 who struggles with severe anxiety. She welcomes, comforts, and involves each child in their visit. She even allowed the siblings to be her  "dental assistant" and be involved in the process. All of her techniques are intentional to put our kids at ease and it was such a blessing for us! in addition to her helping our kids feel safe, comfortable, and happy she has provided in depth medical insight into my 3 childrens dental health and apprised me of things I was unaware of that needed attention. I am so grateful to have found her. My kids can't wait to go back!

Since my visit, I've spoken to a staff member over the phone and sent another message (which was marked as seen for 1 week now) to management regarding my experience here. At no point were any of my poor experiences here taken seriously. I again listed that the staff incorrectly explained paperwork, were unable to demonstrate sufficient understanding of costs to the patient when asked directly, did not properly floss a patients' teeth, nearly forgot a step of the visit, & recommended an unnecessary procedure without providing any reasons as to why it would be beneficial-- not a single staff member has tried to apologize for even one of these (you can see one of the responses to my initial review for reference). This further demonstrated the lack of emphasis on patient care & unfortunately showed that this clinic does not seem to value growth/improvement. Everyone makes mistakes & thankfully those committed here did not lead to imminent patient harm, but I hope something was learned here so that no one else has to have a similar experience.

I would like to give 5 stars to the amazing Ladies at Ever After! Dr. Cherish & Her assistant Claudette were amazing with my two year old. I have trouble brushing my toddlers teeth yet they managed to do a cleaning with no fuss. They made her first experience at the dentist a positive one and for that I am so grateful. I hardly leave reviews but this is well earned. Thank you ladies!

This facility is the best! The staff was super friendly, explained everything in simple efficient terms. My son came out very happy and he loved the dentist. It put me at ease that he had such a positive experience. 10 stars!!!!!
