        Lot was full but they downgraded me to a small car and apparently that was the ONLY car available. The Guy w long hair looked at me up and down and chose my car maybe because i went in my pjs lol Little did he know im an enterprise employee. Walnut and Chino are the go to.

        Walked in today with my mom. The gentleman that greeted us was fairly rude and not helpful. We mentioned that our insurance had sent the reservation and as he looked it up by only phone number he said nothing was in the system. I called out insurance and they did send the reservation to that specific location. The gentlemen also stated not having any available vehicles until the next day. Instead of dealing with their horrible customer service we proceeded to the Montclair location were we were fully satisfied with their customer service and car availability.
