My lip arrived with 2 GIANT CRACKS!! When I spoke with Roger, he informed me that the 3rd party vendor I purchased the lip through did not report the damage to seibon fast enough, so there's nothing seibon can do. Here is an idea... DONT SEND OUT BROKEN ITEMS TO BEGIN WITH! The box it arrived in was pristine! This was absolutely 100% damaged before it was sent out. For $1200.00 you guys seriously need to do better.

Bought a trunk and hood, LUCKILY through a third party retailer with insurance. The first trunk lid was damaged but Extend shipping protection saved me... But even the replacements turned out to be garbage. Now I also have a hood that is too dangerous to keep on the car, due to the threading being drilled directly into the epoxy. Since they don't even stand behind their GELcoat "warranty" I doubt they'll compensate me for $350 clearcoating. Unfortunately Seibon lies about clearcoating their products, so be prepared to spend a few hundred bucks more *if* your part arrives undamaged. Oh, and don't skimp on the hood pins because the factory threads (drilled epoxy) and bolts supplied will strip in less than a month. Their product info and installation inserts basically have an explanation for how all of their product flaws are "normal." When my $4000 investment is soon beyond repair, I'm going with a reputable carbon manufacturer.
