        They DO NOT honor the mattress warranties! A $1000 mattress less than 1 year old became lumpy due to pillow top bunching. Was even told over the phone that mattress was defective however, they will not honor the warranty saying it is due to our foundation. Really??!! What a joke! They did offer me a 10% coupon towards purchasing a new mattress - Unbelievable insult!
