I have been doing business with San Malone for over 11 years. We run 6 or 7 of their in stock programs with great success. They are one of the easiest companies to deal with. They daily email a copy of their entire inventory to us so we can check and see if what we need is available or when it is coming in. The clothing all fits great. We buy about 900 to 1000 garments a year and have almost zero returns or problems.

Don’t ever trust this company when it comes to doing business! Attitude, high pressure and the biggest make shift set of guidelines and rules! My company called in an order to receive a total for my new store to find out days later I would be responsible for the order regardless if the amount was over my budget! We had a budget of 10k for our order but when the total came to 14k I was told I had to pay it or pay a restock fee! Never heard this before but I went with the process of it because I would lose money for product I never would receive. Well as we get further into this matter I was introduced to a company they use for term payments and received an account number it took 3 days to even get someone on the phone and when I finally did I started the process... well through out the day I received several phone calls and emails in regards to payment for the merchandise because now the packages are boxed and ready for shipment... keep in mind I never approved the order! So now this company has my info and assured me they work hard to get the approval needed to complete this order... well that didn’t happen! So now I agreed to purchased the product useing my credit card didn’t know my card had a daily limit for purchases and because my card was ran so many time the bank hot card my card and I’m not able to use my card at all until a new one is sent out... so after all this I get an email from someone by the name of Kim stating I been wasting there Company time and money in regards to this order... the email was very disturbing and prejudging of my character of a business professional and the biggest thing that stood out is I’m a small company that don’t need to deal with a Big Company such as them... so I advise anyone doing business with this company please beware of the rules and if you could take there advice find a smaller company to do business with! Also after reviewing past invoices we spent thousands with this company in the past 6 months never again!
