        Walk up ATM not working again (two weeks in a row). I had to walk up to the drive through ATM.

        I can't wait to move to a different bank. They always give me such a hard time, I'm a professional, have my degree and, it's just that every time I come here I feel like they degrade people... Such horrible customer service since day 1, cheap cards, limited locations and just poor customer service(oh I said that already lol) Oh and if you need assistance after hours, loss your card? Need help due to your card was locked by THEM AT 09:00 pm? guess what? YOU HAVE TO WAIT until office hours/next day lol WHAT A SHAME! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE INDEED!
