This is the worst pool service company I have ever used. Absolutely the horrible company. Do not trust Anthony or any of his employees.

Do NOT hire this company! Anthony came out to inspect the pool prior to our purchasing the property and missed a leaking waterfall and the wrong pool sweep was installed! He also tried to tell us the solar heater panel needed replacement ($1200), which we found out later that it works. We hired him for 2 months of maintenance and were about to terminated it because we didn't think they were doing any work. Then we caught the person doing the service taking a photo and leaving! I got an email that the pool was serviced! Of course we terminated him and asked for a refund which he still hasn't paid.

I was quoted for the replacement of the pump and labor over 2k.
He performed the work and stated that I will have a year warranty.
Weeks later I found out that pump was never replaced! It started to smoke and stopped working!
In addition to this he stopped showing up after this without any notice. Pool became green!
I tried to reach out multiple times asking to honor the warranty. He replied a week later, stating that that pump was never even broken to begin with and I am lying and it works! Concern here, why did you take money for replacement and didn’t replace the parts?! And how did you figure out that it is working? If I was next to it seeing the smoke and stop working.
I also do have a camera outside verifying that he has not been here for weeks.
Please do yourself a favor and do NOT use this person for ANY work. He did seem like a nice person when I first met him.
