I had a 9:30am appointment, I was greeted early and was told a Banker would be with me shortly. I was immediately welcomed and we went ahead to conduct business as I had scheduled an appointment for. Georgianna, the Banker that assisted me was VERY knowledgeable and knew exactly how to navigate through her database to expedite my transaction. She also had a new hire that was shadowing her and she did an amazing job explaining to the gentleman exactly step by step of our transaction process.
