The absolute worst! once she got you signed up and raked in her commission there will be no customer service. Zero! thanks to her dropping the ball 5 months ago I'm still dealing with the mess that she created, a mistake which can cost us thousands of dollars next year! Oh and don't call her she won't answer the phone, she's text only! Now I know why. As my Covered California agent she literally texted me to google their phone number if I had questions. Unhelpful, rude.
