Our air conditioner broke down several times during the summer and we needed someone who could quickly repair our HVAC unit uncompromising quality (unlike the previous "technicians"). A friend of mine recommended Viktor, so we gave him a call. He was able to come take a look at our unit and we couldn't be more impressed with Viktor's service, work ethic, and friendly manner. We found him to be very customer oriented and great trouble shooter. I would give Viktor from Advanced Building Solutions my highest recommendation to anyone needing heating or cooling services.

We used Viktor at Advanced Building Solutions for a complete split system change out, new ducting, duct reworking and duct cleaning. From the initial presentation to the final overview of the system, Viktor and his team was wonderful to work with, They took a step by step approach to showing the fixes that could be done to alleviate how warm the upstairs would get compared to downstairs. With a correctly sized system, duct working and register movement, the upstairs is now as cool, if not cooler as the downstairs. I would highly recommend Viktor and his team at Advanced Building Solutions and I thank him the for the wonderful customer service and end result.

Viktor is excellent! I would highly recommend him. Our a/c stopped working and he was able to come out the same day and take a look and fix the problem. He works clean , with urgency and great knowledge! He is definitely a to go to person!

Advanced Building Solutions guys were honest and knowledgeable. Had to use their services a few times now for fixing old a/c as well as installing new one and tuning. Wouldn't hesitate to refer them to a friend. They are my go to guys now .

Originally called Viktor for a whole house fan quote vs. doing it myself as I was trying to kick the can down the road on our AC/Furnace replacement. Instead of selling me the large fan/labor he was honest and explained that our attic was going to need additional venting and I should just do the small self-install fan. Yes, he was honest to the point that he would lose business! I then had him give me a quote on our whole system (my request not his) and after getting additional quotes we decided to go with him because of his integrity, craftsmanship (was able to see a neighbors job), and at the end of the day his price included way more value than others so the deal was actually better! He also must have invested 4+ hours answering all of my questions and explaining every detail of our system and install. Do not think twice, get Viktor as your HVAC person as I believe with his quality and honesty his company has no limits and its great to work directly with the owner.
