        Nothing but problems. They changed the delivery date twice, then once they did show up with the washer and dryer, they didn't have anything to hook them up with! No electrical, no water hoses or dryer vent! I had to go to Home Depot myself and install them myself or wait "until they could try to come back"...And when trying to get credit for having to buy and do all that myself, it was a hassle!

        I have had a few disappointments with a product, not because of the store but because of the brand. Anna went out of her way to exchange the product even through she didn't have to, but did out of great customer service. I highly recommended this store.
