This review is for Dr.Hoverman. Great service! Very personal experience, Dr.Hoverman took the time to find the best options for my situation and answered all my questions. Very pleasant gentleman. After this location closes he will be across the street at LensCrafters.

I saw the reviews listed below and noticed that the last one was written about a year ago, so since I'd just been there for an exam and glasses and contacts, I figured I'd provide an update. I'm happy to say that all the great things said below still hold true. Both Denise and Jody still provide friendly, knowledgable, and efficient service, and Dr. Baldwin knows her stuff and is friendly too. If you are at all dissatisfied with the place you go to get your vision care done, you should definitely give this place a try. You'll be glad you did.

Lost my glasses due to extreme yardwork...don't ask!My wife & I  have used sears optical before but not like this.I called while sitting in the dmv & Denise took my info and promptly called me back,she let me know what my options were. I went in,picked out new frames & will have them soon (1wk). I can't say enough about the great customer service Denise provided with her prompt call back,helping with new frames & follow up calls to let me know when I can p/u my glasses.We will continue to work with sears optical & recommend highly if your into awesome service (Denise)

My partner had a great experience with the doctor and customer service. Her glasses were in within a week. Me- not so much. Doctor was fine, but the customer service was not up to par. First I was told incorrectly about what my insurance would cover for contacts so when my order came in I thought it was short two boxes-that's when I learned I was incorrectly informed-after I repeatedly asked to clarify how many contacts I was getting the day we ordered. Then after 3+ weeks of not getting my glasses (my own frames I brought in-just wanted new lenses), I was informed that they were likely shipped to another store, but they are unable to tell which store aka they are lost. Sears did do the right thing by allowing me to select a new pair that came in within a few days, but the whole ordeal was frustrating and inconvenient.
