I wish I would have looked at reviews before taking my daughter there. I was extremely underwhelmed by my experience. We went for one appointment. My daughter is grieving the loss of her grandma whom passed from cancer and that was addressed for all about 5 minutes of the appointment....in a weird age inappropriate manner. They asked her if she's ever heard of people killing themselves.....I understand they need to check that she's not wanting to harm herself as an item on their checklist but it was not an appropriate approach for a 6 year old. I didn't appreciate them introducing that subject so graphically. I had to answer many questions after that appointment on our car ride home.The rest of the appointment consisted of nosey questioning about my parenting schedule with her dad and her home life. She even asked what gym our family goes to and then proceeded to ask which location. It felt incredibly intrusive. My daughter left feeling worse than better like there was something wrong with her. No thank you. Ps. I have been to quite a bit of therapy that was a positive experience for me, so I have something to compare this too.

Worst place ever.. rude, uncaring, unhelpful.. canceled my sons appointment with out letting me know after waiting 3 months for it.. I called and receptionist hung up on me.. I called back and asked to speak to a office manager. She refused to let me speak to anyone else
