I am really impressed with the great work Matt did for us Monday. This company is fair and goes over and above. I loved their work so much I asked for Matt to return to clean my tile and grout 3 days later. For the tile and grout clean, Matt and Chris cleaned approximately 800 or so sq. Ft. of tile and used a hard brush scrubed all grout in under 3 hours. I highly recommend this company. PS they always have great specials and charge what they say they will charge initially. Weve used Valley Carpet Care at least 3 times and have always been happy with their service, but today it was so good I had to leave a review. Mike was our technician and he did an outstanding job. He spent nearly 4 hours cleaning (Ive rarely had anyone spend over 2hrs) and got up some black marks I had given up on. I couldnt have asked for a better job and really appreciate quality service at a fair price. The office staff was also very polite, they were able to accommodate my last minute call and showed up on time. Doesnt get better than that.
