Dawn and her team were awesome. I highly recommend Dawn and her team to anyone buying or selling a home in San Diego. The expertise she has is incredible and has been in the business for at least 25 years. Just speaking with her on the phone convinced me that she really knows her stuff and after working with her and her team I will give them my 100% endorsement. Call Dawn and see what I mean.

If I could leave a "zero" star I would. Dawn Lewis was selling my condo in San Diego in 2012. I chose her because she was selling another condo in the same building, so she could show both to potential buyers. She listed her unit for 130K but within several months she was hardly able to sell it for 101K. My unit was listed for 110K, and the same month it was sold for that amount, it was worth already 120K. Then it price raised up to 150K, and now it's worth probably ~140K. While dealing with my sale Dawn Lewish imposed fraudulet fees and charges, which she removed upon my request. And when my sale was over, and I was going out of San Diego, I found that she forged my signature on the document allowing to charge me %6 representing both sides for the deal, however previously we had a deal for %5.5. I complained about that forgery to the California of Real Estate and requested originals of that forged document, but guess what, it's not required by law to have any originals at all, which gives so many opportunities for fradulent real estate agents to forged signatures of their customers and do whatever they feel like. Dawn Lewis has no clue what she is doing. She just wanna make her money in a very inefficient way by ripping off her customers. She could of just properly predict the upcoming price raise, but she chose lying, cheating and stealing, making less in general and looking like a fat rat. Beware of that con artist!
