Enterprise Rent-A-Car

So I rented a car from Enterprise a week ago. Overall I had a great experience there. A young lady named Mariana was a big help getting my car and returning it. I would recommend this location.

This by far Hass to be one of the worst enterprise rental places you can stop by customer service is terrible. I dont know who the manager is but they definitely need to get all their employees in line and figure it out. I rented a vehicle for about seven days After I turn the vehicle in Ive still yet to get a receipt. I still yet to get my deposit back. I didnt even get credit for my points every time you call this place they never answer when they do answer they put you on hold or hang up on you Im just not satisfied at all I shouldnt have to wait this long to get my money back when your vehicles been back and you guys didnt give me my credit for my points for renting the vehicle bottom line, get it together I wont be coming back to this location

Overall, this Enterprise receives 5 stars. I dinged 1 star for my personal experience. Changing a price for a car because I renewed a couple of more days and they said it was a new contract and they had to adjust the price. NO, when I initiated the contract, the price should remain the same until I returned the vehicle with alotted gas, a clean a d undamaged rental.
