      image I made an appointment and had to wait almost an hour.

      image I can understand short staffed but definitely not understand why make an appointment then get to the appointment on time then get it changed to 50 minutes after yet 7:50am comes around and others just arriving getting assisted before me! Not only was I compliant with the extra 50 minute wait and did my check in online and in person and still havent got the help that I need! Original appointment I made 7am currently 8:02am and IM STILL WAITING to get HELP!
