I went in with my boyfriend who is working on completing our formal dining room area and his wet bar. We were both treated with dignity and respect even though we weren't a huge restaurant account. I was surprised they were open to the public and that they respected we weren't looking to go over our small budget. We found some beautiful steak knives and got them for a steal. The salesperson was incredibly helpful and patient with us. What was not in stock we found in catalogs and were able to order for delivery. Very happy we stumbled upon this store as we were driving along. Will probably be returning for cookware in the future.

Thank you TI... for always helping us out with our church events and Social Committees. we have used TI... for many different items Plates, Dishes, Silverware , serving Platters, and Glassware. We are constantly counting on TI.... for the best pricing .... Most Church and School Committees have Champagne taste on a Beer Budget. All the staff/employees at TI... are extremely helpful to guide us both in quality/quantity and best pricing. They sell so many brands it's overwhelming , they will help you above and beyond to meet your needs. If they don't have it in stock they will order for you. Many Restaurant suppliers only sell wholesale. My favorite is ... If you go out to dine and like a particular plate , silverware or glass..... take a picture and TI will help you find it, in case you want your very own.. Thank you Rebecca, Michel , Colleen, Luz, and the gentleman in the warehouse I think his name is Alex... ?
