    Made a review about Dr. E Scott she was rude and had horrible bedside manner. Does not care about patient care and thinks one size fits all per patient. BUT every other staff I have encountered in this hospital have been genuine and pretty amazing at what they do. The er is always a gamble for wait time but it makes up for it in patient care.

    WORST EXPERIENCE EVER IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD, becuase I WENT AROUND 1PM FOR A HUGE HEADACHE/PRESURE IN HEAD AND VOMIT THE CHECKED ME IN 3 HRS LATER THEY GAVE ME PILLS I STOPED CRYING BECAUSE IT WAS GETTING WORSE BUT THE PAIN/ PRESURE WILL STILL NOT GO I HAVE 6 DAYS NOW WITH THE PAIN NO EXAMES NOTHING I TOLD THE NURSE A GUY THAT I KEPT HURRITING AND HE RESPONED WELL I DONT BELIVE YOU CAUSE YOUR NOT CRYING NO MORE IF MY PAIN IS STILL THERE THATS WHY IM TELLING YOU. THEY MADE A CT SCAN, BLOOD WORK, PEE WORK I DIDNT GET NO RESLUTS JUST A GOODBYE feel better. DONT GO TO THAT HOSPITAL NO MORE!!! I STAYED THERE FOR 6 HOURS AND NOTHING!!!

    Came to visit family up at the 4th floor Ocean View Tower and patient was not in the room. Now I have already checked in with the nurses who knew the room and patient I was visiting and they didn't say anything. After waiting about 45 minutes, I walk out to the nurses station where there is 3 nurses working on the computer. I stand literally right in front of one of the nurses, be hind the counter of course and wait till she is done. And I wait and I wait. The nurse knows I am there, so do the other 2 nurses but none of them say anything. I don't want to interrupt the nurse so I wait some more. After about 5 minutes, the nurse logs out, stands up and walks away. And she doesn't go into a patients room like if she was called, she went into another room behind the nurses station where other staff were just sitting in. I look over to the other 2 nurses and they don't say anything, until I said..Are you guts going to attend me?? They finally told me that the patient was downstairs having a procedure. I too work for SHARP and I tell you, that was NOT the Sharp Experience that they teach us. This was at the Ocean View Tower 4th floor nurses station.

    my wife has never been treated so bad and being left trying to do both jobs of tricare west and sharps chula vista medical center. I am weak and need iron and blood yet I can't get either without these two ladies coming together and remembering IM a patient not an employee but if I knew what to do to move things alone being its been over two weeks since my doctor ordered this youd think that is more important then anything else. Oh God please help me IM so exhausted and im scared, I normally get blood and iron every other week yet since covid my hopital shut that area down and now sends the patents out to other clinics. yet here I m struggling to breath, get my blood drawn as soon as I get my iron infusion. young adults have bo compassion nor emotions for people older then they,
