Think twice before buying from this store!! Very bad quality and an even worse service. I bought a sofa and love seat leather recliners and also paid an additional $170 for the warranty. The warranty came with a 5 year supply of leather cleaning products. 2 years after the initial purchase the leather is peeling and cracking everywhere. I went back to the store just to be told that peeling is not covered and, get this, the cleaning supply refill is a courtesy that's no longer available. Furthermore, they claimed that the store was bought by corporate and that they don't have to honor previous commitment made by previous employees. Bottom line is that if you don't want to feel like a sucker, then don't buy from this store.

My mom purchased a sofa, love seat and 3 tables here. She has been having issues with the quality of the furniture since day one. We haven been calling this store for almost 7 months and no one has been able to help. We call and ask for a manager and they are always unavailable. Horrible service in this location.

I purchased a twin bunk bed set from Ashley in Otay Ranch, had it delivered and set up, the installers put it together on time, everything looked good, but when I went to stack the beds several months later, I noticed that every single wood safety pieces (total of16) for the beams that hold up the mattress were left out. These are what keeps the pressure off the small mounting bolts.This was pure negligence and a major safety hazard.
