We are a newer business here in the Springfield MA area. Charles found us and gave us a big opportunity and it slingshotted our business forward. It was a big job but we got it done. Charles had a lot of patience with us for as busy as he is and we learned some valuable stuff. I highly recommend this business to people. Hope to do business again in the future sir.

Quite frustrated with the business that occurred between us and the company. We initially got a quick response, the owner had someone out same day to our house to see the work we wanted down and wrote everything down. I had also sent several photos to the owner showing what we wanted to be completed. Not only were there photos, but his employee also was walked through the backyard and shown exactly what we wanted done. I received a quote back for $640 and we were fine with that. Employees showed up this morning to start the work and after about 2 hours, they had to leave to empty the trailer. While they were gone, I received a phone call from the owner that the initial quote was not accurate, the photos were not well enough, and that it would cost at least another $1,500 to complete the job. I was extremely frustrated because the owner had one of his own employees at our house for an estimate and he saw exactly what we wanted done. Not sure how there was such a difference in pricing. I informed the owner we were not looking to spend that much, the employees did not continue with the work. Instead, we had our bins left on the back patio, tree debris all throughout the yard, and it was not cleaned up. We then had to spend several hours moving and fixing what was done by the employees and not put back. The only good thing out of this was that the owner did not charge us for the 2 hours of work that occurred. Either way, $640 and an ADDITIONAL $1,500 were FAR off from the quote we were told and then we had to spend several hours cleaning up the mess that was made. Unfortunately, this is not the type of review I was hoping to write.
