Food is good but they're always closed on days they're supposed to be open or always have to close early for some reason.

I loved the Food! The ambiance is great! It is a little secret place, where you will find sandwich and torpedo nirvana! Great prople, great food. Subway is so over-rated. Welcome to the best place for sandwiches in the South Bay.

Great place and all but if you're planning on dining in be sure to put aside an hour for your sandwich and chicken salad to be prepared and not at the same time. It seems their main focus here is on take-out orders. Obviously witnessed by my partner and I as we watched at least 4 other people who had came in ordered and left before our meal was even prepared. It was not a busy day since there were only 5 diners inside and already eating. I had arrived at 12:15pm and received my sandwich at 12:40, my partner didn't get his salad until 1pm. Everyone who had ordered after our order was placed at 12:15 had received their food and left in 10 minutes. great place though, don't get me wrong. I just wish they had paid more attention to someone actually dining in their establishment. I had to circle in front of the register/deli stand to get them to prep my order. Turns out that they didn't even know I had ordered a chicken salad and it was clearly on the order ticket and my bill. Even more annoying was that they thought I wanted a chicken salad sandwich, even when they went to prepare the salad they still asked me what bread I wanted it on. Even though I had told them several times I wanted the salad, they didn't even have a chicken salad sandwich on their menu at the time so I don't understand what was so difficult. Our order taker was "Oscar" seemed like he was really new to working or exceptionally under the influence of something. Mary was working the juice station and there were two other women working the deli area. I like this place but this visit really put me off.
