The finish they use on tubs wears away. They give you a folder that states the finish is guaranteed but when you call to let them know it wore away, they dont respond or fix it. They drilled holes in my tub years ago because for some reason they said we needed foam underneath. Now the finish wore away, the holes are exposed, and they wont fix it.

I have had two bathroom remodels done by Gerardo and the California Bath and Kitchen team over the last two years and could not be happier with how they turned out! The first one had a severe leak and Gerardo came out right away to give us a quote and helped me with a short term fix for the mold.  Both bathrooms look amazing, and I feel confident that they are high quality.  Great communication and honesty throughout the whole process, highly recommend California Bath and Kitchen!

Tub started peeling within warranty period.  After a month of delayed responses, was told that it was not covered under warranty because it looked like it wasn't reported right away based on the picture.  Warranty they gave me did not state this as a condition (I sent them a copy of original warranty).  They offered a 10% discount off an overpriced repair.

We love our newly remodeled kitchen! In the past we have used them to remodel our bathrooms and replace the flooring in our home. We are so  glad we called them again!
