This middle eastern driver is VERY RUDE. Using his pointing finger for me to come out of my car instead of him talking with me in the passenger side. Its scary to come out If you are in the freeway. Very unprofessional.😡😡😡👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 An hour wait

Tony's auto service was towing my 2014 Harley to Sweetwater Harley Davidson on 01 August 2016. I told the driver he needed to tie the motorcycle down on the left and right side so it would not fall over when he turned. He said he tied it correctly and has done this many times. Short story, it fell over causing over $2,000.00 dollars of damage. They have told me twice they would cover the damage estimated by Sweetwater HD and the last time, they said they would deliver the check the following day. Today on November 25th, No check and I cant talk to anyone until Monday 28 Nov. Resolve this now or go to court which will cost even more due to lawyer fees ($150.00/hr) and lost wages ($120.00/hr) for lawyer and court visits. Let's see if their policy for customer satisfaction is true.
