The truth is that my mother was very poor in service. They attended to her appointment and everything, but they agreed to call her to give her more information. They also agreed to send her a letter which they were going to inform her about the case and they never notified her of anything at all. She had to be there to call and call. Horrible customer service from the receptionist. I was asking if they could expedite my moms Case and the receptionist told me in a rude way what makes you think that your mom can qualified for that and I said thats why Im here to ask the attorney, her questions and answers were rude and I decided to cancel the appointment find another attorney.

This office did everything they said they would do. I am grateful for all they have done for me and my family. Mr. Macias is straight forward and honest.
