I had my returns done by Mr Bliss on Feb 14th, was told they would be ready in one week, it took almost two weeks, when I picked them up the receptionist was there, I was shocked at what the charge was $820.00 and was told if I had any questions to call back, I asked if the return would be electronically submitted that day and was assured that it would.... well today the receptionist tells me when I called to find out what happened to my return thAt it was NOT submitted because I said I wanted to review the return...I NeVER said that, I said I would call if I had any questions,I even asked how long it would take to receive the tax return and she told me about two three weeks... its my belief my returns were Deliberately held up because I told her I would not be returning next year!!
