Camarena Health - Chowchilla Health Center

I've had wonderful experience with Camarena's Chowchilla office. I never wait long, get appointments made quickly, I have a wonderful physician, the staff is wonderful and the office itself is very clean and beautiful. I live in Madera and it would be more convenient to have my services in Madera but I'm happy with the Chowchilla office so I will be staying there.

Just paid $608 for a pair of glasses,two weeks later a screw broke in frame Took them back to Chowchilla Optometry for repair.They refused saying no warranty.I was absolutely amazed .Be careful and read there fine print,for most people $600 don't come easy,that's out of your wallet by the way..I've been wearing eye glasses for 50 years !! Never have I paid so much for so little.A tiny screw snapped.I better buy a drill.

A lot of services like mental health and telepsych are unavailable in chowchilla and you have to go to madera for them. Which is difficult when you have no transportation. Tired of being told they will call me back with appt. And they don't. My mental health has been spiralling and they do everything they can to make it more difficult . Wish we had better services here.
