    I came here for add one more line to my family plan, they don‘t tell me my phone is locked, they took me 85 dollars(69 dollars for activations and 15 service fee)and my phone is still not work! I already use this company for 2years, I will change the phone company immediately!

    Went to get a replacement phone cause I dropped mine in water the young man said my phone was too old and was out of stock. I was bummed. He tried to get me to buy a higher priced phone. I know that's part of the gig I wasn't ready to get into a different phone. Went to a different location and the young lady said my phone is not old, but she too didn't have it in stock. So, bottom line I got a phone...😞..not the one I wanted. Going to these phone places is like going to a car dealership.

    This store has the worst service. I went in trying to switch services to a phone that I purchase didn't know it was lock. I told the rude lady that the phone was lock and I wanted to connect it. The lady told me she was going to be able to switch service and the phone was going to be unlock, and working. To my surprise the service was switch over to the lock phone, but the phone was still lock. Now, I don't have a working cell phone because she switch the SIM card to the lock phone from the phone that was working. On top of it she charge me $15 dollars. I told her I wanted the service switch to my old phone that was working , and she wanted another $15. She killed my day, and I had to go to another Metro PCS store and pay another $15 to get my old phone back in service. It could have been simple she could have told me there's nothing she can do to unlock it instead of stealing my money. Stay away from this rude lady because she will rip you of......
