Very helpful for tankless water heaters!I just got off the phone with Mike as I am having problems with my tankless water heater.  He was super helpful on the phone and gave me a couple of things to try BEFORE he comes out to fix my problem.  I appreciate the help and would trust this guy with fixing my plumbing.Thanks Mike!

I called Takagi because we were having problems with our tankless and they recommended Mike. I couldn't be happier. He knows what he is doing, he is honest and he solved several other problems while he was here. I was most impressed that he continued to follow up until the problem was fixed to our satisfaction. It was not a straightforward issue and it required several visits to get it right. Mike didn't give up and now our system is better than ever.

I have left phone messages and web site messages for 3 days without receiving a call back or an email.  it makes you wonder if they are even in business.  What ever happened to common courtesy and returning a phone call.

Mike at D & R Plumbing was recommended to us and has done/repaired a couple of fairly big jobs for us in the past couple of years and has done a great job, even staying late when a pipe cracked in our front yard.  His response time and rates are exceptional.  I recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber in our area.
