I recently needed a wheelchair for my grandpa, and I must say, they had the best customer service and incredibly friendly staff. Definitely the best in town.

Recently I was in need of a mobility scooter for my dad, even tho they were in the middle of a move they still were able to helpme get a SCOOTER!!! And not to mention it was delivered to my dads house.... Thank you Vanessa for all our help.... ill be calling you guys for my lift chair needs next when that time comes.

Very disappointed with the customer service and lack of compassion. I was promised a Lift chair to be delivered on 3/26/2024. I called weeks in advanced. Josie promised that this could happen and do not worry about it. "Call the Friday before surgery and verify". Today I called and was told they are moving and this is not possible anymore. I spoke with the manager, Eli who did not even sound sympathatic or sorry for their broken promises. I told him the normal response would be to apologize for such a huge inconvenience as I needed this chair and had I known they were moving I could have made other arrangements. *Do not depend on this company to deliver!!! Just call Pomona Medical instead!
