        Absolutely NO customer service. Seriously, try to call them. Try to email them. Try to contact them through ebay....you won't get anywhere. You will be stuck with a big ol' $350 paper weight. They are pretty slick, because they change their ebay username probably after every few transactions. They are stupid because they keep the same address. I have notified the BBB and the police in Chino. I doubt anything will happen to these people, but you have to try.

        This company is a scam. They do not respond to voicemails or even answer their phone. I have a scale I purchased from them a few months ago and the monitor stopped working. I just want to know how to fix it and they will not help. Do not purchase Digiweigh products.
