I had a vasectomy with Dr. Sterzer in February of 2015. The procedure was very simple with minimal discomfort. I was in and out in about an hour. I did my homework before choosing a doctor for this procedure. Many of my friends have had complications with their vasectomies because they went to a regular MD. Dr. Sterzer is a specialist trained in the no needle, no scalpel technique. This procedure is by far the best way to have a vasectomy. I took 5 days off from work to make sure I had time to heal. I was a little sore for a couple of days after, but not in any real pain. I took advil for 1-2 days and that was it. My wife and I have 2 kids and we didn't want any more. Dr. Sterzer has taken away that worry for the both of us. My wife was so happy that I was willing to do this. If you are concerned at all about this procedure, don't be. It was very easy and Dr. Sterzer and his staff were very professional. I've referred a number of people to his office, all have been very happy with the outcome.

I promised myself I would post a review, so that I can help other people out who were also in limbo about the vasectomy procedure performed by Dr. Sterzer. It has been a month now.
The initial and procedure visits were amazing. The staff are very... delicate, knowing why you're there. They make it friendly and easy. Dr. Sterzer himself, he just cuts to the chase. After a few initial questions, we both knew why I was there so he got right to it. This is what was going to happen and here we go.
Came in for the actual procedure. Hardly any wait time, brought into the office and told to get ready. The method he uses is brilliant! The anesthetic was quick and virtually painless. It felt exactly like a rubber band snap but hardly as painful as that. The procedure went off without a hitch - Hardly any tugging and no pressure or pain.
If I didn't have a couple complications (each person's has a different experience) I would have been fully recovered, no pain, in 3 days. However I had some painful lumps develop but that's not the good doctors fault.
Also, I never even took the pain medicine.
Five stars. Would do it again.
Actually well no I wouldn't.
