Thomas is an excellent craftsman. He expertly repaired my sofa cushion buttons within a few hours. He made new larger buttons and tied them correctly and smoothed and tightened the cushion fabric.
I purchased my first ever new couch, a Hollywood Diamond sofa from Hello Furniture in Chico, CA late January 2019, and within a few short weeks the buttons began coming off. After a failed repair by someone the warehouse hired, they finally had me pick up a new cushion after many weeks of complaints; I had to send many photos and it was taking up much of my time.This new cushion also began promptly losing buttons and the fabric was tearing at the button holes.
I knew the buttons were not being tied correctly, and due to the manufacturer defect and having received a new, but also faulty cushion, I had the extra fabric for Thomas to make and correctly install his larger handcrafted buttons.
He showed me in detail how the sofa cushion was initially incorrectly made, fixed all the problems, and charged me less than the refund price I excepted from Diamond Furniture due to the months of problems.
