Today was the 2nd time at the trailer place.both times,we got absolutely no service at all.we went in both times to get help,and no one there to help.and no one came out.spent over a half hour waiting outside for a salesman and nothing...rather pathetic way to operate...I'm guessing he sells so many units,he doesn't need my business...

Went to look at enclosed trailers and the service guy said we need to talk to the girl in the office. She was on the phone so we waited while she was on the phone but obviously on hold. She sat there and never even offered an excuse out that she would help us when she was done. Then she finally started taking to someone and then hung up. 20 min has passed by now and not a single word from anyone. Thinking she would be right out to help us I look back in the office and she had went out the back door. Waited another 5 min and nothing. She saw me because I was standing in her doorway. Not an excuse. You can't sell trailers that way.
