The Pool Pro, Professional Service and Repair

We have had Pool Pro service our pool for years now. We needed a new pump and other things and Pool Pro was our choice. The estimate was extremely fair and the quality of work and care was beyond expectations. We highly recommend this company and will have them service our pool for years!

Our family has had The Pool Pro as our service provider for some time now (many years). From the moment we met Reese I knew we mattered to them. We had tried to care for our pool unsuccessfully on our own. Reese came in and was able to get our pool looking better in a matter of days. The one time I had a concern I email Jamie and my concerns were addressed immediately. With a 24 hour turn around I was beyond impressed! I am so thankful for their standard of service and appreciate feeling like a valued customer!

I was beyond impressed with the new filter system they installed in my pool. I have a very old pool and they were able to work around all issues that arose! A very professional and yet personable experience at a great price! I highly recommend to anyone in need of some work on your pool!

I paid the pool pro 900.00 to replace my lights that had functioned for 19 years with no problems in my pool. They were expensive but seemed qualified. After 6 months the lights have leaked (both) and shorted out. I reached out and they refused to come look for 3 weeks at them, and as well were quick to blame it as a user error of someone pushing on them or some vandalism. If you don't need someone to stand by their work, use these guys, else go elsewhere.
