        I was under the impression they were coming to give me a quote on the cost of cleaning 2 rooms. So when they came i was not ready for the cleaning to be done. He was extremely rude and condescending when; as he said it "I don't do quotes". and you are wasting my time"!! Needless to say he left in a huff and I've never contacted them again!

        Chem-Dry of Chico was highly recommended by my local interior designer Melissa Snow owner of Dolce Home located in Chico. I needed to have them clean a couple of my oriental area rugs. The rugs turned out amazing. I now will also highly recommend them.

        I would not recommend anyone to this cleaning company. They put several deep lines, almost cuts, in my carpet. They will not dissapear even when vaccuuming. They are permently inbedded in my carpet. Called and was told it was from my dogs. Sorry, but for $207 that was a bad and we. His machine put those cuts in my carpet. Very sad customer.😢😢😢😢

        Chem-Dry did an absolute amazing job with our carpet! They were extremely professional, personable, and communicative. They showed up at my house on time and explained the whole process to me before they cleaned the carpet. My carpet looks brand new! You definitely get what you pay for. I would HIGHLY recommend Chem-Dry to anyone. I did not think it was possible to get our carpets as clean as they did. THANK YOU CHEM-DRY!
