Jason was upfront and very communicative throughout the whole process. I really appreciated him taking the time to talk with me about my bath/shower combo issue we were having, not just rushing through to do a job and collect a check. Jason did an excellent job installing my new kitchen sink before selling my home. I was worried I wouldn't have enough room due to how the original tile was set and the limited space between the sink edge and the backsplash. Jason was able to carefully shape the area for the new sink to be installed and everything turned out fantastic! I should have done this years ago before selling the house. Would definitely recommend Jason and his work.

I had a cracked shower pan on a one-piece fiberglass insert shower unit. My options were to replace the entire shower unit which would have been an expensive remodel nightmare; or, trust that someone could fix the shower pan properly and save me the pain and expense. I was so lucky to find "Jason" with Renew. He did a perfect job. He was professional, very knowledgeable, and took no short cuts in preparing and applying new fiberglass and gel coating. The new pan was actually more solid than the original pan. Amazingly, the new fiberglass pan was seamless with the existing shower walls. He was careful not to make a mess and cleaned up entirely upon completion. He gave me some additional tips which will assist me with future maintenance. I was extremely happy with his knowledge and work. I will most definitely call him again for any future issues of a similar nature.

Would be Zero stars if I could. I'm having three bathrooms in my 1980's rentals re-done in Paradise, Ca.Came to yelp looking for someone with a good review to perform the work. Found Renew Kitchen and Bath and after reading their reviews I was looking forward to them doing the work. Called the listed number Chico: (530) 891-8827. The man who answered sounded very annoyed and told me he couldn't help me.  I thought I miss-dialed the number, looked up the number listed in yelp, re-called and got the same rude person asking me not to call again!!!This man was obviously upset that I called.Thought Renew had changed it's number.Went to  Renew's website and saw three different numbers, Saw numbers in Chico, which I had called twice, that location was closed I thought, thinking the rude person who told me not to call back could not have been associated with this highly rated business.  Numbers for Redding, north of me, and called Yuba: (530) 742-4777, south of me but closer than Redding. Same Rude man answered and told me not to call again. I don't know what the heck this guy's problem is, I don't know how many people He has been rude to, but He's most definitely not very professional, and was Quite rude to me, never got a chance to tell him anything, I thought I had the wrong number, he was so rude.  If he was like this over the phone , can you imagine what he is like to deal with in real life????I highly Recommend you don't waste your money nor your time with this arrogant and mean spirited person!!!
