Tommy has the heart of a warrior and the soul of a guardian. He knows when to push and where to hold. He knows what your body is screaming and what your brain is whispering. He knows your limits before youve even realized you approached them. Trust him and his people, and it all becomes real simple. The obstacles you thought you had to contend with (lack of time, willpower, energy) will evaporate like fog off the windshield, and youll see the road ahead clearly. Your body and you have a complicated relationship, and whoever mediates that, has to know what theyre doing, beyond just excercises or drills. You cant search for those properties you have to be lucky enough to just run into someone that has them. Like the SlimBody crew does. Dont hesitate.

Been a part of Slim Body Fitness for about 7 years now. From day 1 til now I have received nothing but the best training from the best trainers in the San Fernando Valley. Definitely a friendly and family environment. Victor and Tommie Sykes have made it possible for my youngest daughter of 5 years old and my brother of 13 years old to not only get introduced to the fitness world but to flourish in any sports and activities they participate in. Another great thing about Slim Body is their great prices. You definitely get your money's worth.

Found Slim Body Fitness last July and it was one of the best things I couldve done for myself. Its a family friendly environment. Easily felt welcomed and comfortable for someone who has a lot of anxiety going to new places. 9 months later, Im stronger, lost decent amount of body fat and a healthier and happier version of myself.

I am a 69 year oldmale with diabetes and have been coming to Slim Body for the past 5 years. I cannot recommend it enough. Tommie has personalized workouts to accommodatemy condition and has dramatically increased my strength and muscle, stamina and endurance. I have never been in better shape than now, and that is due to all of Tommie's encouragement and dedication. In fact, people tend to think I am younger than I am and that is because of my healthy and active lifestylewhich Slim Body has greatly contributedto. In addition, Tommie has personalized stretches and workouts to work on my feet strength which have been affectedfrom my diabetes.
The facility is always very clean. Tommie and his trainers are very knowledgeable and patient, but always pushes myself and others to challenge themselves. The whole gym has a very independent, community environmentthat a lot of people crave and flock to. Tommie has a great base of long term clients who feel valued and cared for at this gym. My wife, children and extended family have all worked out at Slim Body and all have positive reviews. Tommie helped my daughter reach her fitness goals too! If you are looking for a gym and trainer that is challenging and personalized to your needs, look no further. I cannot recommend enough! 10/10

Where do I begin to start with this not soOrdinary gym.From the moment you walk in the warm welcoming positive vibe Slimbody puts off is just amazing.Your usually greeted by someone saying hello which is really refreshing now and days to immediately let's get to work. The head trainer and owner Tommie Sykes is a very Passive but very serious trainer when it comes to his workout regiments. As you train he puts off smiles and vibes and sometimes a little two step lol to make you feel comfortable while busting your butt with his workouts.Tommie and the rest of the staff are extremely focused on what you need to chiefs while working out at Slimbody. They will push you to achieve your goal or goals in a way not to make you feel so much under pressure. At Slimbody they offer so many varieties of workouts from lifting weights , speed and agility for both adults and children and student athletes who all want to achieve the next level of greatness.My son has been coming here for years and over the time he has spent with Tommie and his staff he has gotten bigger, stronger and faster.If you want a gym that can personalize your needs with your workout or your training schedule which there are numerous times and classes for everyone's needs do to work or school.Then this is the place for you and your family.Trust me when I say this Tommie and his staff will not disappoint!! You just have to make sure you show up and put the work in and you will see the results!!!!Oh almost forgot something that you don't see everyday.....
