Great Customer Service! Jason and Jenna are great business owners who design and sell great products for van upgrades/modifications... I have been there twice in the last 10 days and am very impressed with the family atmosphere and positive relationships among the staff and management, Jenna.. I believe that companies that treat their employees well are typically more successful; this certainly seems to be the case with Canyon Adventure Vans. Everyone was very nice; Aaron and the install team were fantastic! I appreciated the attention to detail; Aaron was also very patient in showing me all of the details for the installation. Autumn and Cierra and the rest of the front office staff; sorry, I cannot recall all of their names were so nice and welcoming. Jenna also took time out of her busy schedule to help me with problem-solving storage solutions and authorized her team to fix/seal a product that another van upfitter sold and installed, there was no additional charge either. Thanks, Jenna! The only downside was that my little Yorkie, Zoe was hoping to see Jason and Hailey who were at another Van Expo. We met them and placed our order at the Hood River Oregon Van Expo back in June. It's okay though because she got lots of cuddles from all of the staff today. So bottom line, yes, the products are expensive, everything is these days but one has to consider all that goes into the financial structure and overhead for a successful company. I am tickled pink with all of my purchases and the customer service provided by Canyon Adventure Vans. The upgrades to my 2022 Storytellar Stealth are worth every penny and I highly recommend this company!
