1. It took 3 weeks for our belongings to reach our destination (storage unit). 2. When we received notice that our shipment was on its way, our driver said that he would arrive between 12 pm and 4 pm. We told him multiple that the storage unit closes at 9 pm.. He didn't arrive until 8:15 pm. That gave us 45 minutes to unpack the truck and load it into our storage unit before the gate locked us in. We had to move all of our own stuff into storage. All they did was take it off the truck! 3. When he opened the storage truck, a fourth of our stuff dropped directly from the truck onto the cement ground. This was caught on the storage facility cameras. 4. He waited until my husband walked away with boxes to get aggressive with me claiming that he was charging us an extra $100 since he had to walk an extra 10 feet to our storage unit rather than into an apartment and then he had the audacity to try charging us extra money for unheard of fees. Even though we moved it all in... 5. When packing our things, our mattress was one of our top priorities. We had the movers in Texas securely cover our mattress in moving blankets then fold and shrink wrap our mattress. Yet when the mattress proceeded to fall from the truck with our other belongings, it was not folded or wrapped. Which explains why there was a huge wet spot soaked into a quarter of our $1000 mattress. 6. It also appears that our belongings were left somewhere in water, because every single one of our moving boxes was so damp that they had begun to mush and tear. 7. We also saw our mover drop, then deny dropping our $1500 flat screen TV, and roughly toss around the rest of our boxed belongings. The back of our dresser had been smashed through, our wooden furniture was dented and scratched, our couch appears as though the material was just dragged around in dirt. 8. To top this all off, it was already pitch black outside so we never got the change to actually inventory any of the boxes and furniture that was moved. We tried explaining this to our delivery driver but he refused to do anything to help. Once again, he got very aggressive with us and forced us to sign off on the paperwork so "he could leave". That driver harassed us twice in this experience.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!! This company lost 4 large pieces of furniture and caused significant damages to my other household goods. I filed a claim, and was offered $64 as compensation. Are you kidding me!!! That does not even pay for the time I spent putting together my claim!!!! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB & the Dept of Transportation.

GARBAGE HUMANS. They lost 7 of my boxes, after going through the proper claim channels, they offered me $76. They took 11 hours to pack a 1 bedroom apartment with a normal amount of stuff, responded to about 1/3 of my emails and calls, and had horrible customer service. I missed 2 days of work because they kept telling me a delivery was scheduled and then never showed. I never got an apology for the many inconveniences, losing 3/4 of my wardrobe, etc. If you do choose to use their services, pay the extra for extra valuation/insurance because the standard with this company is that your stuff will get damaged and lost.

Don't ever hire this company move your stuffs. They will break all of your stuffs and they don't take responsible for that

They damaged or destroyed over $3,000.00 worth of our possessions and refused to accept a letter of demand for compensation. Can't find out if they have an authorized Agent for Service of Process.
