Mark has been handling my taxes and investments for over 16 years.  He knows what he is doing and endeavors to give everyone the benefit of his years of experience.  He is well connected in the tax preparer's community and utilizes this network to buttress his opinions on tax issues.  He is a genuine, honest and likeable guy.  Someone I would feel confident about representing me in any tax situation with the IRS.  I appreciate his take on investments.  He is active with my account and calls at least quarterly to update me on how things are going and if rebalancing is recommended.
